Our Structure and Financial Independence

STANBEYOND operates as a multidisciplinary, Sole-Proprietorship, unincorporated ecclesiastical mission, Public Benefit Initiative, and educational collective. While our public initiatives are operated entirely as a Not-for-Profit Project with no upfront costs to serve the public good, our administrative engine functions as a wholly taxable independent creator network and Social Enterprise.

All intellectual property across this platform (including but not limited to publications, books, course materials, imagery, and journalism assets) remains the exclusive personal property of the proprietor. All transactions, commercial operations, merchandise sales, and creative revenue generated under the STANBEYOND brand are processed, claimed, and reported as fully taxed personal self-employment income.

Administrative Sovereignty Statement

STANBEYOND maintains complete administrative and creative sovereignty as an independent, unincorporated association. We operate as a self-funded, secular and ecclesiastical network where all public-facing services are distributed entirely free of charge as an open-access public benefit. Rather than relying on restrictive government tax exemptions or state charity registries, our infrastructure is sustained entirely by our independent commercial activities. By maintaining this structure, we guarantee that our research, journalism, and creative projects remain completely insulated from external institutional control.
